We care very much about your property and your happiness when we come to your home. We will clean your home, garage, sheds, detached buildings, fences, porches, patios, decks ( Vinyl / Wood ). We also offer services for power washing your concrete walkways, steps, patios, driveways, foundations, etc. Every home we power wash we clean with very soft car wash brushes, we clean the gutters, down spouts, eaves, and screens if still attached or installed on patios or 3 & 4 season rooms. We also clean the dormers on your roof. We have 24' Ladders, 24' Poles, 40' Spray Nozzles with a soft spray. If we can't reach it from the ground, we go up the ladder to the source of the dirt.
We do not use any chemicals that will damage your plants, trees, flowers, etc. We scrub the entire item you hire us for with no short cuts. When we work in a neighborhood, we get a lot of attention from the neighbors because they always say they have never seen anyone that power washes like us. It takes longer but we don't work by the hour and you don't pay by the hour. The most important thing is everyone is happy in the end and everything is very clean, like promised.
Power Washing of 4-Story Home with 4 Decks
This is the largest home we have power washed and we do it twice a year. So you know the customer is particular about the quality of work at what you can imagine they are paying for this home to be cleaned. It is in an area with a lot of dirt blowing because of new construction.
We do not have a bucket truck so we have to take some of the equipment in the home in order to clean all the decks and the 4th story exterior in some places. I think you have to agree, if we can clean and keep this customer happy, we can do the same for you. Power Washing of Concrete Walkway & Driveway
I truly think I am the best at power washing concrete and getting it to look like new, in most cases. This picture is an example of what we did last summer and the customer was amazed... It is time consuming to do but it's worth it to get these kind of results. After all, its my time, not yours. When I give you a fair price for cleaning your home, time is not an issue with me. I think its very important to get your concrete and/or brick power washed along with your home. You wouldn't put a nice suit or dress on and then put on tennis shoes. Its just something to consider when you're ready. My power washing lasts longer than the competition because when we clean with the soft brushes, we get under the edges of the vinyl on your home which collects dirt.
